Parent Provider

Description:

Transitional housing for unaccompanied females 18 and older. Goals include permanent housing, employment, education, and benefits. Women participate in community lifestyle including grocery shopping, meals, chores, etc. Individual bedrooms with shared bathrooms and common areas.

Hours:

M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Intake Process:

Call for application information. If eligible, an interview is conducted.

Program Fees:

Women may enter without income or employment but must be employed or working toward receiving benefits within 5 weeks of move in. Once income is obtained, monthly rent is 30% of gross income with a cap at $300.

Languages:

English, Spanish

Eligibility:

Must meet low-income guidelines i.e. homeless or near-homeless. Must follow program rules and exhibit willingness to work on a case plan with goals including contributing to a savings plan. Background check done. No sex offenders. Minimum of 90 days sobriety before moving in. Zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol.
