Primavera - Men's Emergency Shelter (ES)

Description:

Primavera provides emergency shelter to men experiencing homelessness. Most begin with a seven-night stay with an opportunity for an extension up to a total of 90 days, if they qualify.

Intake Process:

Walkins or call between 8:00am and 9am to reserve a bed for that evening. Entry based on availability.

Eligibility:

Men who meet Category 1 (literally homeless) or Category 4 (fleeing domestic violence) criteria are eligible for the program, provided they are not Level 3 registered sex offenders and can independently perform all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) !€” including transferring from sitting to standing, bathing, showering, and feeding themselves. Participants must also have no open wounds and not be in need of medical attention at the time of intake.
